About Me
I am a recent graduate (May 2023) from North Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science in Fashion and Textile Design with a Concentration in Fashion Design. I'd describe myself as creative, hard working, someone who thinks outside the box, a problem solver, and optimistic.
I am familiar with many programs and have a large variety of industry based skills. Some programs include Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CLO, Lectra Textile Design (Kaledo), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Microsoft. A few of my industry based skills are pattern making, sewing, draping, fashion illustration and more. Apart from these skills I am also familiar with a lot of different types of sewing/design machines and stitches.

Assuring apparel patterns are revised to desired specifications, creating techpacks for vendors to ensure apparel and accessories order of operation development, construction, and graded points of measure are clear and precise, developing technical flats of products and their details, generating cut markers from Gerber AccuMark for sample testing and fabric testing, designing print templates to fabric shrinkage and specifications, occasionally sample sewing and sourcing materials

Working one on one with clients to ensure garment fit is to the customers desire and creating solutions to any possible customizations. Performed high quality alterations on garments and accessories through both hand sewing and industrial machine sewing utilizing a variety of tools and techniques. Maintaining records of new, old and upcoming appointments, orders, and deadlines through a timely manner. Demonstrating high customer service by working with clients at final garment pickups to ensure every customization is met and that everyone client feels confident and beautiful in the outcome.

Ensuring the store is highly organized and appealing to all customers through setting up visual displays of garments and accessories and the strategic dressing and styling of mannequins. Coordinating with the team to assist customers successfully through great customer service. Organized store inventory deciding what garments were trendy and needed to be displayed.
